Evo Homes: Aeris
Brochure Design / Real Estate / Editorial Communication
Selling a Way of Living, Not Just a Property
A long-form brochure designed for Evo Homes to present Evo Aeris as more than a residential development. The project combined editorial design, visual storytelling and property communication to build a premium narrative around architecture, nature, amenities and modern living.
A brochure designed to translate a residential project into an aspirational living experience.
Building Desire Through Environment and Emotion
The brochure was structured to present Evo Aeris as a complete lifestyle proposition rather than a transactional property listing. It moves from brand world to architecture, landscape, interiors, amenities, sustainability and location, helping the project feel immersive, credible and aspirational. The document repeatedly frames the homes through language of contemporary living, purposeful spaces, nature-modernism and everyday luxury.
The opening section establishes the identity of Evo Homes through atmosphere, architecture and premium positioning, setting the tone before the brochure moves into the actual project.
Project Identity
Evo Aeris is introduced as a premium residential proposition shaped by nature-modernism, where design, customization, comfort and landscape are positioned as inseparable parts of the experience
Architecture & Landscape
The brochure gives equal weight to architecture and environment, using exterior views, Miyawaki landscape storytelling and master planning to expand the project beyond units and into a larger ecological and spatial proposition.

Living Experience
Interior renders shift the tone toward daily life, framing the homes through calm, light, greenery and comfort. This helps the brochure move from architectural credibility into emotional desirability.

Amenities & Sustainability
The project also communicates depth through amenities and sustainability, positioning luxury not just as visual richness but as an ecosystem of work-life balance, recreation, environmental care and long-term comfort.
